Friday Night Live: Virginia Man
Friday Night Live: Virginia Man
Virginia Man will perform during the City of Salisbury's Friday Night Live concert series on July 5 at the Pohanka Riverwalk Amphitheater. The series is free to attend.
Stephen Amoruso (bass/vocals), Jamaal Farrow (drums), and Kristian Lietzan (guitarist/singer/songwriter) configure the emotional folk-and-roll band of Virginia Man. With poetic lyrics bellowing over the sounds of middle Appalachia, these gentlemen champion the sound of their homeland: a strange suspension between the cardinal directions, musical genres, and the changing of seasons.

Join us for Breakfast with Bears, a VIP experience that takes families inside the Zoo before it opens to the public for a special breakfast with the Andean bears to celebrate Andean Bear Day. The light breakfast menu may include a mixed fruit salad, an assortment of breakfast pastries, waffles, sausage, coffee and juices.
After breakfast, guests are treated to a few fun activities and a talk by animal care staff, and they can also see Andean bear enrichment.

Medium Wave Jay will perform during the City of Salisbury's Friday Night Live concert series on July 26 at Market Street Inn. The series is free to attend, but a portion of sales during the show will benefit the Maryland Folk Festival.
Medium Wave Jay is a musician that lives on Chincoteague Island, Va. and plays a wide variety of styles presented in a unique and branded way.
