Join the City of Salisbury for our inaugural Holiday Lights celebration in Downtown Salisbury on Saturday, Dec. 2. We'll have entertainment, a holiday market, free hot chocolate and more. And, no matter the weather, we can guarantee that it will be snowing at this event! Hours are 4-6:30 p.m., and admission is free.

Entertainment Schedule

Times are approximate.

4 p.m.: Santa makes an appearance on the Jolly Trolley to start the event.

4:05-4:30 p.m.: The Salisbury School Choir (Food Truck Pad pavers)

4:30-5 p.m.: Feet of Fire Dance Academy (in front of the Wicomico Public Library)

5-5:15 p.m.: Bay Brass (Food Truck Pad pavers)

5:15-5:30 p.m.: Announcements and tree, menorah and kinara lighting (Food Truck pad)

5:30-6 p.m.: Bay Brass (Food Truck Pad pavers)

6-6:20 p.m.: Squawkapella (Food Truck Pad pavers)

Holiday Market

Do your holiday shopping at this event and shop from a wide variety of local vendors. Be sure to shop at our Downtown businesses, too!

Naughty vs. Nice

Visit Santa Claus outside, not far from the tree. But be on the lookout for The Grinch, too!

Jolly Trolley

Take a short ride on the Jolly Trolley and see holiday light displays around Salisbury.

Gingerbread House Decorating

Let your creative juices flow and get into the holiday spirit during the Holiday Lights event. Stop by anytime during the event to participate -- 4-6:30 p.m.

Preregistration is full, but we will have an additional 50 houses available on a first-come, first-served basis for walk-ups. Please consider bringing a new and unwrapped gift to donate to Toys for Tots.
Houses and all types of candy will be provided, but please feel free to bring a bag of candy to share if there’s something special you’d like to use for decorating.

Holiday Express

Kids ages 12 and under can take a ride on the Hebron Train Depot's Holiday Express. Consider making a donation or buying a souvenir at the Hebron Train Depot tent.
