SchooLARS 4 STEM, Y.E.E.S. W.E. C.A.N. and Faith Over Fear Economic Empowerment Inc. host Honoring Harriet Tubman on Saturday, Jan. 13, at 11 a.m.

This event will focus on community service and features historian Tony Cohen. It will start at “The Beacon of Hope” statue near the Government Office Building and conclude indoors at the Salisbury Art Space.

Program events include a canned good drive benefiting the James M. Bennett food pantry; student recitations; local speakers; storytelling; games/activities; booths, and a keynote by Tony Cohen. There will be refreshments by local restaurants.
