Our artist-friendly apartment community features an array of amenities to provide you with the space you need to turn your ideas into reality, whether painting, sculpting or acting is your specialty. Begin your newest creation in our 2500 square foot working art studio or if you prefer, utilize our waterfront open space to let your creative ideas flow limitlessly. Your completed works of art can be displayed in our art gallery, where we will hold community-wide galas and events. Our theatre room with a stage is perfect for those involved in the performing arts. There is also a community garden and a waterfront patio that connects to the Salisbury Riverwalk. Let your name and work be known in the community by Participating in 3rd Fridays in downtown Salisbury where can set up your own table at the monthly art and entertainment event that fills the streets with artisan crafts and original design.

Rivers Edge Apartments and Studio for the Arts has earned the ENERGY STAR® label after meeting strict requirements set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for energy-efficient design and construction. Buildings with ENERGY STAR certified apartments undergo more inspections and third-party testing than typical buildings to give you added peace of mind that your home meets high standards for energy efficiency. Through the use of LED lighting, high efficiency HVAC, energy star appliances and good planning we’ve been able to provide efficient and environmentally friendly units with low energy costs.
