Powell Building Open House Event

 Come tour our remaining available-for-lease 2 bedroom units at Powell Building – brand new modern apartments in the heart of Downtown Salisbury, Maryland, located at 218 W. Main Street, at our Social Distancing Open House Event, Saturday, February 27th, from 11am – 1pm ! Not only will you get to tour our units, but you will also have a chance to win one of our gift cards, $200 in total, supporting local eateries!
Check in (at the rear Camden Street entrance of Powell Building by Downtown Salisburys Parking Lot) with our Property Management staff who will be guiding individuals for touring and available to answer any questions you may have. All staff will be adhering to CDC guidelines.
