There is no better time than NOW to begin a meditation practice. Our times are urging us towards a greater depth of awareness of ourselves and the world we live in.

Meditation can help.

In this 90 min. workshop, you will learn what meditation is, how to do it, and discover the life-enhancing benefits that result from a regular meditation practice.

In a practical sensemeditation is mind training. The activity of meditation involves cultivating non-attachment and establishing the discipline of focusing attention, at will. Through repeated practice, we master the ability to call upon these disciplines throughout all of life’s changes.

In a spiritual sense, meditation is a doorway to the inner sanctuary of the soul, where the direct experience of our true nature is available to us. This opens the way to spiritual realization.
